All classes are taught in English and are offered in a variety of styles with a view to catering for different levels of experience and fitness. Unless specified none of the classes require previous yoga experience.

A combination of gentle static poses for strength & flexibility, and passive floor poses for restoration & rehabilitation. Ideal for beginners or those returning to physical exercise after some time away |

Cost : 12€ per session | Buy block of 6 classes for 60€
Payment can be made online when booking or in Euros before the start of the class
Booking & Payment...
You can book your place by emailing me at [email protected] or online by clicking the button above. If you are booking online for the first time you will need to set up an account, from here you will be able to access and make changes to bookings.
An individual class costs 12€ and can be paid in cash or online at the time of booking.
A 6 Class Pass for 60€ is also available for purchase. Payment can be made in cash or online by transferring 60€ via PayPal using the email address [email protected]. Packages are non-refundable and expire after 2 months.
If you buy a package you will still need to book your classes, if booking online you should click ‘Skip Payment’ before completing your booking
Cancellation Policy
An individual class costs 12€ and can be paid in cash or online at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and changes to bookings should be made 24 hours before or the full price of the class will be charged.
- If you have paid for an Individual Class online the cost is non-refundable, however you may reschedule the class without additional charge. This needs to be done 24 hours before the class.
- If you have a Class Package you must cancel 24 hours before the class or one of the classes in your block will be used.
- Cancellations and changes to bookings can be made by following the directions on your booking confirmation email, by emailing me at [email protected]
Preparing for the class...
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class.
To comply with Covid-19 guidelines please bring your own mat... if any other equipment is required it will be provided and thoroughly cleaned between users. You may also wish to bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
It is best not to eat a heavy meal less than 3 hours before a class.
You should wear loose comfortable clothing and it may be worthwhile to wear layers which you can take off once you have warmed up or put on for the final relaxation where body temperature will begin to fall.
