Weekly Group Yoga Classes...
Please be aware that the group classes do not take place at the Amulet Studio in Saint-Martin-Laguépie. The venue for each class is listed on the schedule below. More information about the venue’s location can be found by clicking on the venue name. All classes are taught in English and are offered in a variety of styles with a view to catering for different levels of experience and fitness. Unless specified none of the classes require previous yoga experience. More information about each style can be found on the main yoga page by clicking here. All sessions will begin with a few minutes of meditation to focus the mind and connect to the breath, before moving into a sequence of yoga postures designed to stretch and tone the body whilst releasing tension and relaxing the mind. The class will end with a meditative relaxation sequence allowing your body to reap the benefits of your practice and set you in good stead for the day ahead. |

New Students
If you have not previously attended a class with me it would be appreciated if you could fill out a New Student Questionnaire by clicking here.
Likewise if you have any medical conditions, injuries or concerns I would welcome the opportunity to have a quick chat with you before you come to the class. That way I will be able to pre-plan any posture modifications or props that may be required to ensure you get the most benefit from your practice.
Medical Certificate or Liability Waiver Agreement
By its very nature yoga is a gentle and mindful practice but, as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I assure you that proper care shall be taken for your well-being and safety throughout the class, however it is important to realise that you are ultimately responsible in protecting yourself against injury. It is therefore imperative that you listen to your body, avoid or adjust a posture as required and ask for my guidance.
Consequently, and for insurance purposes, prior to your first class I will need you to provide one of the following
