All classes are taught in English and are offered in a variety of styles with a view to catering for different levels of experience and fitness. Unless specified none of the classes require previous yoga experience.  
 
All sessions will begin with a few minutes of meditation to focus the mind and connect to the breath, before moving into a sequence of yoga postures designed to stretch and tone the body whilst releasing tension and relaxing the mind.  The class will end with a meditative relaxation sequence allowing your body to reap the benefits of your practice and set you in good stead for the day ahead.

TUESDAYS
Outdoor Class ST MARTIN LAGUEPIE
9h00 HATHA FLOW (60 mins)
​​A gradual flowing sequence of yoga poses, to energise the body, calm the mind and improve strength & flexibility.  Perfect for beginners or those with an existing yoga practice who prefer a gentle approach
Studio Class ST MARTIN LAGUEPIE
10h30 GENTLE HATHA (45 mins)
A combination of gentle static poses for strength & flexibility, and passive floor poses for restoration & rehabilitation.  Ideal for beginners or those returning to physical exercise after some time away
THURSDAYS
Outdoor Class ST ANTONIN NOBLE VAL​
9h00 VINYASA FLOW (60 mins)
A dynamic, but steadily flowing sequence; boosting strength, flexibility and stamina.  Suited to anyone with previous yoga experience or those who may not have tried yoga before but have a good level of fitness

Cost :  10€ per session | Buy block of 6 classes for 50€
Payment can be made online when booking or in Euros before the start of the class


Booking & Payment...

You can book your place by emailing me at suz@amulettherapy.info or online by clicking the button above.   If you are booking online for the first time you will need to set up an account, from here you will be able to access and make changes to bookings. 
 
An individual class costs 10€ and can be paid in cash or online at the time of booking.
 
A 6 Class Pass for 50€ is also available for purchase.  Payment can be made in cash or online by transferring 50€ via PayPal using the email address suz@amulettherapy.info.  Packages are non-refundable and expire after 2 months.
If you buy a package you will still need to book your classes, if booking online you should click ‘Skip Payment’ before completing your booking

Cancellation Policy
  • ​Cancellations and changes to bookings should be made 24 hours before or the full price of the class will be charged.  
  • If you have paid for an Individual Class online the cost is non-refundable, however you may reschedule the class without additional charge.  This needs to be done 24 hours before the class.
  • If you have a Class Package you must cancel 24 hours before the class or one of the classes in your block will be used.
  • Cancellations and changes to bookings can be made by following the directions on your booking confirmation email, by emailing me at suz@amulettherapy.info

Preparing for the class...

​Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class.
To comply with Covid-19 guidelines please bring your own mat... if any other equipment is required it will be provided and thoroughly cleaned between users.  You may also wish to bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
It is best not to eat a heavy meal less than 3 hours before a class.   
You should wear loose comfortable clothing and it may be worthwhile to wear layers which you can take off once you have warmed up or put on for the final relaxation where body temperature will begin to fall.
