Preparing for the Class...
If it is your first time joining an event on Zoom please read through some notes on how to get set-up in advance by clicking the Zoom Set-Up button above
- Please be set up and ready to join the class 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Your home set up should allow you a reasonable amount of space and a good view of the screen.
- If you are not using a yoga mat then please ensure that the surface you are practising on is non-slip and offers a bit of cushioning.
- You may wish to have some water and a small towel to hand.
- It is best not to eat a heavy meal less than 3 hours before a class.
- You should wear loose comfortable clothing and it may be worthwhile to wear layers which you can take off once you have warmed up or put on for the final relaxation where body temperature will begin to fall.
- To access the class, you can use the link in your confirmation email, the Meeting ID noted under the class in the timetable on this page or by entering the Meeting ID number directly into the app.
- Once you join the meeting you will be put into a waiting room from which you will be admitted to the class.
- Unfortunately latecomers will not be admitted as once the class begins I will be too far away from the device used for the Zoom Recording
